Thai Yellow Curry Paste

Sometimes seen on Thai restaurant menus written in English as "Kaeng Kari". or แกงกะหรี่ in Thai. This curry paste is notable for its use of spices more generally associated with Indian curries. However, the spicing is lightly balanced allowing the typical flavours of a Thai curry to still predominate. It is also used to make one of the great Northern Thai dishes Khao Soi, A mild curry popular with children and adults alike.

Yellow Thai Paste - Yum!!!

Tried a few of these now and the yellow is one of my favourites, fantastic paste! I usually get ones from Waitrose but it's just not worth it with these on the market! Great procedure fantastic flavour!!!

Beautiful flavour top class product .

Tried a few of these pastes now and can't get enough, the red thai curry paste to masaman curry ,crying tiger to the green curry paste, I fantastic paste, I usually make my own but it's just jot worth it with these on the market , grest procedure keep going !!!

Thai yellow

The Thai yellow paste is authentic. I added chicken breast, coconut milk, potato, peppers and chilli and left in the slow cooker for 4 hours. As good as a restaurant. 😊😋

Absolutely loved this curry, used Haddock & Baby Pak Choi. So quick and easy to cook. Used the recommended coconut milk which is so worthwhile
