Thai Red Curry Paste

Thai Red Curry Paste is the most versatile of all Thai curry pastes — equally at home in a classic red curry, Thai fish cakes, stir fries, and marinades. Mild to medium in heat, it delivers the essential Thai flavour profile of lemongrass, galangal, and kaffir lime with a warm chilli backbone. A true kitchen staple.

Why it's different: The balance of red chillies, shrimp paste, and aromatic herbs makes this paste endlessly adaptable. Use it to elevate meatballs, burgers, fish cakes, or noodle soups — wherever you want authentic Thai flavour without overpowering heat.
