Postal deliveries and customs clearance in New Zealand is generally quite fast, around 7 to 10 days on average.
Please note that customs clearance can be lengthy in Australia and that this is something we have no control over. Upwards of 30 days is not unusual and no tracking information is available until the package has cleared customs. We do not accept claims for loss until after 60 days from order date.
