Panang Thai Curry Paste

A Panang Curry is a little sweet, a little salty and one of the few curries to use Thai basil. Most often cooked with beef but can also be prepared with other meat or seafood.Served with a thick coconut sauce, one of my favourites but often not prepared properly outside Thailand. Try it and see !

Best Panang Paste

Cooked this wonderful beef Panang dish for friends and it was delicious. They couldn’t believe I made this as tasted restaurant quality. Had to admit about this company and I’m sure they will all be ordering! Followed the recipe exactly, very easy and the depths of flavours are just divine.
I have tried nearly all the pastes and they are all equally as delicious.

Bought the panang curry paste, and it is awesome. Closest I’ve got to recreating restaurant-caliber thai curry at home!

Very good panang

This is the second time I've ordered curry pastes, including panang, which is probably our favorite. The first time the panang I made (salmon) tasted identical to when I order it at our local Thai place, which is excellent. This second time however, although good, wasn't quite the same and we were a little disappointed. The flavor seemed to be lacking something, but I'm not sure what. All three of us felt the same about it. I still enjoyed it.

Thank you for your review Jo. I'm sorry that you feel that the latest batch of Panang curry was somehow 'lacking something', I will try the reserved test samples from both batches to see if I can spot the difference. I try to ensure that the pastes stay as consistent as possible, however when using large amounts of fresh ingredients there can be seasonal variations and also checking and adjusting the flavour towards the end of cooking is a very subjective process. It is also for that reason that I recommend customers adjust the final dish with fish sauce or chilli etc, just in case my taste buds got it wrong! Sorry if in this case we didn't completely meet your expectations. Nitsa

This has a great little kick when you taste it.Bought two pastes recently, cooked one with chicken, the other a vegetarian version for guests and they loved it.Will be getting them again.

Really top quality,my family loves Thai food, I've worked in Thailand and this is a great product imo.

Most authentic paste I have tried

Makes a delicious curry, really authentic and easy to use. Would not buy any other pastes

Really authentic just like out of a restaurant

Very flavoursome

I have always bought supermarket thai curry pastes and recently read reviews online about mythaicurry and decided to order some online. The red, green and yellow pastes are so flavoursome, couldn’t recommend enough.

We have this with the kids, a great way to eat the same food with the kids at dinner times!

I cannot recommend these pastes enough. So easy to make, especially when following the beautifully detailed recipes on the website. I’m going to stock up as they’re incredibly handy to have for when you want to make a meal that’s impressive to everyone who tries it, but that you secretly know you haven’t had to make much effort with as the hard work has all been done for you! Big fan.
