So happy I stumbled across this website, the most authentic curry pastes you'll buy outside of thailand, I follow the recipes from here and each one comes out more delicious than the last.
Tried the Yellow Curry and the Chiang Mai so far, both very different, yellow more traditional, Chiang Mai Burmese origin,
Both beautiful, very clean flavours, exquisitely spiced, obviously fresh ingredients used..
Have The crying tiger and a few others to try next, but we're working our way up to those..
A year long shelf life, well packaged, quick delivery, excellent service, recipes on the packaging and now on the web site, so glad I found these authentic pastes...

We love these pastes and the massaman and red curry are our favourites. The massaman is fragrant and flavoursome. Warming and hearty. I'd never had it until I went to Thailand in 2022 and loved it. I tried making it myself but couldn't get close to this paste and you end up with so much stuff just sitting in the cupboard unless you're making it all the the time. Buying these pastes is a fast route into proper Thai curries.
This curry paste was amazing , mild but oh so flavoursome ! You can’t go wrong with this , cooked with prawns and monkfish 😍
This is so fresh when cooked. I followed the on line instructions and worked beautifully. I also took on board the coconut milk advice and makes all the difference to a much better Thai curry
