I think I have tried all of these pastes now...not one has ever disappointed especially the red paste...delicious
I’ve tried several pastes from My Thai curry now and followed recipes I would not even normally think of.
I am beyond amazed.
I researched several companies before ordering and My Thai Curry won for several reasons. The pastes are clean, no nasty ingredients added. Authentic and made with love, also the recipe blog. We all know our favourite dishes from the local Thai restaurant/takeaway but Nitsa shows you far more on her website. Game changer for me. I’m enjoying learning how to cook these dishes that are beyond amazing.
Nitsa is also so helpful, she sent me a prior recipe no longer on the website for me to try and has emailed me personally thanking me for my reviews on her website.
That is a level of care and appreciation most companies won’t even bother doing.
Second order arriving tomorrow and I’m not stopping there. My Thai Curry is now my go to company for quality Thai curry pastes. Thank you Nitsa, you are beyond amazing!

I have tried many types of Thai curry paste over the years … and this is the best one! Tasty, authentic and easy to use.
I have bought this paste for years now its depth of flavour is second to none. If you don’t like spice but want a rich curry then this is the one!
Have tried other pastes from this lady and they are all good. First time trying the panning Thai curry paste and it didn’t disappoint. Really good spice levels and full of flavour and so easy to use
I have tried a few of the mythaicurry packs now, Not had a bad one. The spicy green thai one is particularly good.
Becoming a real favourite in our house. Not only as a hugely flavourful curry, but now using 1xYellow paste, mixed with 1xPenang paste, 150g chunky peanut butter, 2 cans quality coconut milk to make my version of a satay gravy. Freezes well too, then thaw, add chunked cooked chicken (remains of sunday roast?) , warm through and serve for quick tasty supper? I have just given away half my last paste order to various friends to test out, so will be back for more shortly!! In short , I am still hooked.

I hoped to enjoy this, but we were just amazed at how delicious the flavours were. Somehow the chicken curry I made was both delicate and really spicy. There were layers of flavour, absolutely gorgeous, and a good kick of chilli but somehow subtle. We absolutely loved this.
Can’t fault any of the curries I’ve had. Customer service is second to none also. I’ll be a forever customer x

We have been using these pastes for more than 12 years now and despite having tried a few other brands, none have ever come close. We almost only buy the green curry pastes now, we like the others we’ve tried but we have the green curry off pat now by adding a touch of fish sauce, white pepper and sugar - perfection.!
This is my third purchase of the Masaman paste. I honestly don’t think there is a better paste out there ( if there is, I’ve yet to try it). If you follow the instructions on the reverse of the foil packet, you can’t go wrong; simply delicious! Eight purchased this time around as my son steals most of them to take back to uni. I guess I’ll have to put another order in…

I have used many different pastes over the years, nothing comes close to the Southern Thai green curry. Spicy and very authentic. I truly recommend this.
Followed recipe on the web site. Whilst the curry was spicy, there was no body to the green curry taste, just spice. Definitely lacking something. Will not be buying any more.
