The most versatile of all Thai curry pastes. Apart from being used in Thai red curries it's also used to make Thai fish cakes and in stir fries and marinades. It imparts a special taste to meatballs, hamburgers, fish burgers, wherever you want to experiment. Best described as a mild to medium taste.

Favourite meal

I’m gluten and dairy intolerant which limits me on what I can eat. The Thai Red Curry makes a lovely meal… one of my favourites. 😍

Top stuff!

Lovely rich paste - fragrant and full of flavour but quite mild in chilli terms. I’ve tried this several times but the most memorable was with monkfish and a handful of tiny prawns.
