The most versatile of all Thai curry pastes. Apart from being used in Thai red curries it's also used to make Thai fish cakes and in stir fries and marinades. It imparts a special taste to meatballs, hamburgers, fish burgers, wherever you want to experiment. Best described as a mild to medium taste.
Red Chillies. Shallots. Onions. Sunflower Oil. Palm Sugar. Lemongrass. Galangal. Thai Fish Sauce.(Fish). Garlic. Coriander Root. Shrimp Paste.(Crustaceans). Cumin. Kaffir Lime Leaves. Pepper. Salt.

Authentic thai

After living for 16 years in Asia I struggled to make a decent curry with the pastes from the supermarket when I came back to the UK. Thank goodness for My Thai Curry pastes, delicious, easy to use and quick delivery. Definitely worth the 5 stars.

Ordered several and this was my fave. Thanks for the advice re coconut milk, it made a huge difference. Will be placing monthly orders from now on...supermarkets are not a patch on my Thai! I made tempura King Prawn red curry, yum!
