The most versatile of all Thai curry pastes. Apart from being used in Thai red curries it's also used to make Thai fish cakes and in stir fries and marinades. It imparts a special taste to meatballs, hamburgers, fish burgers, wherever you want to experiment. Best described as a mild to medium taste.

Amazing curry paste, so easy to use and the flavour is so good, better than getting a Thai takeaway as you can add whatever meat and extra vegetables you like.
