Panang Thai Curry Paste

A Panang Curry is a little sweet, a little salty and one of the few curries to use Thai basil. Most often cooked with beef but can also be prepared with other meat or seafood. Served with a thick coconut sauce, one of my favourites but often not prepared properly outside Thailand. Try it and see !

Full of flavour

Mmmmm this is one of my favourite Thai curries, full of flavour and so delicious, it will have your taste buds dancing! Works well with any protein. There is no Thai restaurant or takeaway near to where I live so to have all these authentic curry pastes delivered to me is such a joy, easy to make and even easier to eat!

Very impressive indeed!

I first came across Mythaicurry Pastes via an aricle on facebook.
I enjoy cooking do thought I would give them a try.
Imagine my surprise whdn 2 days after ordering the product arrived well packaged and secure.
I tried the Massaman Paste first via a Lamb Shank recipe and it was sublime. Full of flavour with a real depth of taste.

Penang salmon delicious 😋

I’ve used this paste before and hadn’t had it in a while. Really fancied some salmon so followed recipe on mythaicurry. I never dipped it in flour last time but I did this time and it was delicious. Served it with baby potatoes and veg. Would definitely buy again

This paste was milder and more sweet compared to the red and green curry pastes but very tasty. I would definitely purchase again. The use of potatoes made a change.
