Panang Thai Curry Paste

A Panang Curry is a little sweet, a little salty and one of the few curries to use Thai basil. Most often cooked with beef but can also be prepared with other meat or seafood. Served with a thick coconut sauce, one of my favourites but often not prepared properly outside Thailand. Try it and see !

Found my thai curry last year by chance online and gave them a try, WOW having tried many alternative that never really hit the spot. This really is the taste of Thailand. *****

Excellent

Most authentic curry pastes I've tried. We will be buying more. Would highly recommend looking at buying the correct coconut milk, makes a huge difference to the flavour

Panang curry

I tried this in the slow cooker as per the beef short rib recipe. I think the overall cooking time withdrew some of its flavour but it was still enjoyable.
