The most authentic pastes I’ve ever discovered in the UK, using ingredients you either just can’t find normally, or are dried and pointless in any of the ‘kits’ you can buy in various supermarkets.
Such an amazing find, and at the same price more or less as the premium supermarkets.
Shop around for a coconut milk you like - they vary hugely and some own brands are more appropriate than the Caribbean branded ones,
Hoping Nitsa considers growing her business to include other authentic Thai produce so we can buy all in one place.. perhaps vacuum like leaves, galangal, the best coconut milk… ??
