Deliveries during Royal Mail industrial action and Christmas posting dates.

During the current industrial action by Royal Mail staff there will be dates when deliveries are delayed. For orders of 3 or more packets we use Tracked 24 or courier. Our experience is that the Tracked 24 service is being prioritised after strike dates with efforts made to minimise delays. Where possible, and if we think it will result in a faster delivery, we may switch to alternative couriers. However, this is not always a guarantee of a faster delivery due to the fact that their services are often overloaded at these times. Please bear this in mind before ordering near dates of industrial action if a timed delivery is crucial. If you wish to contact us we will be happy to provide an estimate of a delivery time.
