This is actually a Thai dish that doesn’t scream I'm Thai! It uses evaporated milk in place of coconut milk and traditionally this is cooked with curry powder, a rarity in Thai cooking. Having tried many other brands and allegedly fresh curry pastes, all the mythaicurry varieties that we have used, have proven to be the tastiest/freshest out there. Love the the cooking tips/recipes for each different Thai curry.

Amazingly rich curry paste

Having lived in London for a number of years now, I was delighted to stumble across this website. Nitsa's paste was reminiscent of the flavours used in Thai cooking back home in Southeast Asia - bold, complex, and really easy to use in daily cooking. It is a great find!

Nice taste

The red curry is a nice deep taste. I did use the wrong coconut milk so it could’ve been nicer, but the flavour came through

Green curry review

I bought these green curry’s having not had them before. I had previously tried the red and the panang curry. The green curry was great, not too hot but there was some heat to it and like the others was very aromatic. I will definitely be buying this curry again and was very pleased with it.
